Please allow up to around 14 working days for deliveries to arrive.
European & International
Postage/packaging is calculated on weight/size of each item, simply use our shipping estimate tool on product page or add item's to cart and go to checkout for shipping cost. Shipping to europe will take 7-21 working day's and all other countries 15-30 working day's (Delay's can be possible).
Warranty
Generally speaking, goods that have seen regular significant use over half a season or that are more than 3 months old are usually considered to be outside of the warranty period.
Specialist items designed for short-term high-performance use may have significantly reduced periods available for consideration of fault claims (such as match quality cricket balls).
Special circumstances also apply to some items, please read the information supplied with the products very carefully and check terms and conditions at purchase.
We operate a fair wear and tear policy and in some cases goods within the warranty period may be considered to have endured a fair level of use. For example, a keen, committed player, playing and training several times a week may wear through kit inside generic warranty periods without any material or manufacturing fault being present.
Goods damaged through heavy use, misuse or inappropriate product care would not be considered valid for warranty claim. Goods displaying levels of wear/ fatigue/deterioration proportionate to usage level and conditions of play would also be exempt from a warranty claim.
Before any offer of action can be made all returns must be examined by us first hand to verify a fault is present.
Returns Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns within a 30 day period (from the day the item was despatched) for a refund. All return's (apart from wrong item sent by us or faulty item's) will be refunded minus our original shipping cost. Items should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition unused and in original packaging (if these conditions are not met we will partial refund or decide not to refund depending on the circumstances and condition of the return). Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before we despatch them. Please note we do not offer exchanges on wrongly ordered items within 14 days, only refunds. Please note when cancelling an order it can only be cancelled via email and the email must be sent before 1pm on the day you placed the order. Once the item(s) have been despatched the order cannot be cancelled nor can the address be changed.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake, we will minus our original postage cost when the item is returned to us so please make sure you order the correct part for your machine. If you are not sure of what quality the different items are then email us at contact@thebattingclinic.co.uk or Telephone 07305 917 235. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. If you paid by card please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to show on your statement. All used item's carry a 7 day guarantee (upon receiving the item). If you have any questions about the returns policy please e-mail us. We cannot answer questions regarding returns via telephone as returns are only dealt with in writing via email.
You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.
Items should be handled by a competent person and this is the buyer's responsibility.
